What is included in my car rental?Price includes full insurance with standard excess and roadside assistance

What do I need to make a booking?Your Licence and a bank card under the main drivers name

Can I rent a car without a credit card?Yes as long as you have a debit card (No eftpos card will be accepted)

What are the accepted payment methods?EFT, Bank transfer or Cash

What is the minimum rental period?We accept minimum of 1 day car hire, the car day is calculated as 24-Hour cycle.

What are your rental terms and conditions and where can I find them?They can be found at the bottom of each page on this website

Will I be able to amend an already confirmed booking?Yes you can, just contact our team and we will endevour to accomodate as best we can

Do I loose my deposit if I cancel my booking?This will depend on circumstances, each case will be reviewed

What is your cancellation policy?Free cancellation 48 hours prior to scheduled booking

Can we do a one-way rental?Yes you can but relocation costs will apply

Is there any age restrictions?Yes drivers must be at least 22 years of age

Would it be possible to extend our rental without prior notice?This will depend on availibility but please contact our team and we will do our best to accomodate you

Can we get a refund if we return the car early?No unfortunatly our vehicles are reserved for your booking period
