  • What is included in my car rental?
    Price includes full insurance with standard excess and roadside assistance
  • What do I need to make a booking?
    Your Licence and a bank card under the main drivers name
  • Can I rent a car without a credit card?
    Yes as long as you have a debit card (No eftpos card will be accepted)
  • What are the accepted payment methods?
    EFT, Bank transfer or Cash
  • What is the minimum rental period?
    We accept minimum of 1 day car hire, the car day is calculated as 24-Hour cycle.
  • What are your rental terms and conditions and where can I find them?
    They can be found at the bottom of each page on this website
  • Will I be able to amend an already confirmed booking?
    Yes you can, just contact our team and we will endevour to accomodate as best we can
  • Do I loose my deposit if I cancel my booking?
    This will depend on circumstances, each case will be reviewed
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Free cancellation 48 hours prior to scheduled booking
  • Can we do a one-way rental?
    Yes you can but relocation costs will apply
  • Is there any age restrictions?
    Yes drivers must be at least 22 years of age
  • Would it be possible to extend our rental without prior notice?
    This will depend on availibility but please contact our team and we will do our best to accomodate you
  • Can we get a refund if we return the car early?
    No unfortunatly our vehicles are reserved for your booking period
  • What should we do if the car breaks down?
    Please contact our team for advice and roadside assistance
  • Do you provide long term rentals?
    Yes please contact our team for rates and availibility
