I authorise Ravs Complete Solutions Pty Ltd T/A T-Ranz Rentals to arrange payment of all monies due including but not limited to, Hire Charges, Bonds, Charge Back Tolls, Excess Kilometres and Administrative Fees by debiting my credit card account as specified above.

I acknowledge that Ravs Complete Solutions Pty Ltd T/A T-Ranz Rentals may terminate this request at any time by written or verbal notice and I must adopt an alternative method of payment.

I have read and understood the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE which form part of, and are intended to be read in conjunction with, this Credit Card Authority and agree to be bound by these conditions.

I certify that the above information is true and correct and that I accept the supply of credit by the Hirer (if applicable). I have read and understood the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE of Ravs Complete Solutions Pty Ltd T/A T-Ranz Rentals which form part of and are intended to be read in conjunction with this Form and agree to be bound by those Terms and Conditions. I authorise the use of my personal information as detailed in the Privacy Act clause therein. I agree that if I am a director/shareholder (owning at least 15% of the shares) of the Client I shall be personally liable for and guarantee the performance of the Client’s obligations under this contract.
